Christian Ministry and Evangelism/Christian Education
Christian Ministry and Evangelism/Christian Education is responsible for promoting the spiritual welfare of the entire Meeting. This includes overseeing the Meeting for Worship, music, literature library, visitations, as well as Sunday School/Bible Study and Youth programing. Clerk: Jim Crew
Trustees
The Trustees carry the responsibility for all physical property of the Meeting, overseeing the maintenance of the building and grounds. Clerk:
Finance
This committee prepares the budget, financial reports, and directs the stewardship and fundraising activities for the Meeting. Finance is also responsible for the development of planned giving. Clerk: Jim Crew
Outreach
Outreach is responsible for missionary, social service, and outreach interests of the Meeting, including special events and education. Clerk: Cheryl Sanford
Hospitality and Fellowship
This committee promotes fellowship among all members of the meeting through its activities. Clerk: Polly Simmons
Nominating Committee
This committee nominates persons to serve on all program meetings, standing committees, and to fill vacancies that may occur throughout the year. Persons are nominated only after they consent to serve. Clerk: Linda Smith
